Amazing amazing amazing! I called when business opened and immediately I got an appointment that afternoon. rian changed all the locks in decent time with a pretty good price. One of my doors needed a whole new lock and needed to be replaced. Instead of ripping me off, he recommended to go to Home Depot to get a better deal. If I ever need to change any locks again, I will definitely call them back. Thanks rian!

We came back from a trip and didn't have anyway to get in because other people had our keys and didn't leave it under the door. We were pretty desperate. They came out really quickly and were able to get into the house in less than 10 minutes. They even offered to come back and replace the lock at cost with no extra fee. I thought they were really professional and reasonable. We were in a tough spot and they could have gouged us, but they didn't. I would highly recommend them.
